Although we provide a variety of services and products, our pride and joy is our real estate web application.

When we created this program, we put ourselves in the role of a property manager and asked "What would my ideal website do?"

The answer is simple, obviously my main goal is to fill vacancies. So my ideal site would help me do that, and it would be great if it could also save time - make my life easier, not more complicated.

It would do things like:

Attract new tenants
Have a clean professional look, and be easy to navigate
Appeal to other property owners, so I can increase my inventory
Allow potential tenants to submit applications online
Prioritize important messages, so I don't have to keep checking emails
Answer redundant questions and save time for me and my staff
Improve tracking of maintenance requests
Provide information and services for current tenants

Once the main program was built, we then tested it with various numbers of properties. This was to ensure the right amount of CPU and memory, so the site doesn't crash with intense usage. We narrowed it down to three main configurations, to accomodate small, medium, or large inventories:

Example 1 - $750 up to 5 pages and can display up to 20 properties and galleries.

Example 2 - $1500 up to 8 pages and can display up to 50 properties and galleries

Example 3 - $4900 up to 15 pages and can display up to 70 properties and galleries. Also includes tenant login, SSL certificate, and can accomodate up to 250 tenants logged in at once. Tenant login helps eliminate false maintenance request submissions, and you can track the status of work requests to ensure they are completed.

All of our websites include a semi-custom web design and 1 full year of basic hosting.
